Real-time hub monitoring
Don't tow blind.
iTM is a wireless sensor that replaces the rubber plug in your trailer's dust cap. It puts every hub's temperature on your phone while you tow and alerts you when one runs hot, before the bearing fails, even when the app is closed.
- Installs in minutes
- Live hub temps on your phone
- Alerts even with the app closed
- Gets better with OTA updates

Where it fits
It lives in your dust cap.
The sensor replaces the rubber plug in the center of the dust cap, so it reads heat right at the hub. No wiring, no drilling.
The problem
A hot hub gives you no warning from the cab.
By the time you see smoke, you're already on the shoulder. These are real posts from towing groups.
Names and photos of the posters hidden.
Don't let a bad bearing wreck your trip.
The old way
Stop at every fuel break, walk the trailer, and check each hub by hand or with a temp gun. Hope nothing changed since.
The
way
Every hub's temperature on your phone, the whole drive. An alert when one starts running hot, before the bearing fails, so you know when to pull over.
How it works
Sensor→Bluetooth→App→Alert
- 01Sensor
Sits in the dust cap and reads hub temperature.
- 02Bluetooth LE
Sends readings to your phone, up to 100 ft line of sight.
- 03App
Shows every hub, live, while you tow.
- 04Alert
Tells you when a hub starts running hot, before the bearing fails, even when the app is closed or your phone is asleep.
Range
From the cab to the farthest hub.
Bumper pull or 5th wheel, your phone stays in the cab. Each sensor is rated up to 100 ft line of sight in open air.
Phone in the cab Sensor at each hub
Phone in the cab Sensor at each hub
100 ft is open-air line of sight. In-cab range is shorter, because the truck cab, trailer walls and metal sit between your phone and the sensors.
Not your old TPMS
Built on current Bluetooth.
Many towing TPMS sensors use low-power radio chips to save battery. iTM uses current Bluetooth Low Energy technology, made to get hub readings from the trailer to your phone in the cab.
Background alerts need Bluetooth on and your phone in range of the sensors.
Gets better over time. Over-the-air updates add new features to your sensors through the app. No swapping hardware.
What it watches
Bearing and brake heat.
Real-time heat monitoring inside the hub.
Heat building at one hub can point to a dragging or locking brake.
Built to catch imbalance and suspension issues while rolling.
Works with removable-plug dust caps, and with Bearing Buddy® protectors using an adapter. No special tools.
New features flash to your sensors through the free app, so your kit gets better after you buy it.

- Dust caps with a removable rubber plug
- Bearing Buddy® protectors, with an adapter
Not supported
- Closed grease caps with no plug
- Caps with a clear sight window
- Chrome end covers, unless swapped for black plastic or removed
Swipe the chart to see every cap style.
Not compatible as is
Chrome end cover? Easy fix.
iTM sends hub temps to your phone over Bluetooth. A chrome end cover over the hub, or one with metallic chrome-look paint, acts like a shield and blocks that signal. The fix is simple: swap it for a black plastic cover or take it off. Then install iTM in the dust cap underneath, as long as it has a removable rubber plug.
Built for travel trailers, 5th wheels, boat trailers, utility trailers, goosenecks and car haulers. Not sure about yours? Tell us your trailer when you join the list.

Questions
Good to know
What does iTM monitor?
Hub temperature at every wheel, live in the app while you tow. Heat building at one hub can point to a bearing or a dragging brake. Vibration detection is coming soon.
Does it replace checking my bearings?
No. iTM shows you hub temperature so you know when to pull over and take a look. Keep up your normal bearing service.
How many sensors do I need?
One per wheel. A single axle takes the 2-sensor kit, a tandem takes 4 and a triple axle takes 6.
What will a kit cost?
Introductory pricing is $189 for the 2-sensor kit, $379 for the 4-sensor kit and $549 for the 6-sensor kit. Kits aren't on sale yet.
Will it fit my trailer?
It works with dust caps that have a removable rubber plug and with Bearing Buddy® protectors using an adapter. Closed grease caps and caps with a sight window aren't supported. A chrome end cover blocks the signal, so swap it for black plastic or remove it. Tell us your trailer when you sign up and we'll follow up on fit.
Will iTM work with a chrome hub cover?
Not through the chrome cover. Chrome end covers, and covers with metallic chrome-look paint, block the Bluetooth signal. Swap the cover for a black plastic one or remove it, then install iTM in the dust cap underneath, as long as it has a removable rubber plug.
How hard is the install?
Pop out the plug, seat the grommet and sensor, and pair in the app. No wiring, no drilling and no special tools.
Will my sensors get new features?
Yes. iTM supports over-the-air updates, so new features can be added to your sensors through the app after you buy.
What about the battery?
Each sensor runs on a standard CR2354 coin cell. Expect about a year with average use. Real battery life varies a lot: how often you tow, the broadcast rate you choose and the temperatures the sensor sees all play a part.
How far does the signal reach?
Each sensor is rated up to 100 ft line of sight in open air. From inside the truck cab, range is shorter, since the cab, trailer walls and metal sit between your phone and the sensors. Keep your phone in the cab, on a bumper pull or a 5th wheel.
How is iTM different from a towing TPMS?
Many towing TPMS sensors use low-power radio chips to stretch battery life. iTM uses current Bluetooth Low Energy technology and talks straight to the free app on your phone, with no separate display to mount.
Do I need the app open to get alerts?
No. Like a leak sensor, iTM pushes an alert to your phone even when the app is closed or your phone is asleep. Keep Bluetooth on and your phone within range of the sensors, up to 100 ft line of sight.
Does the app cost anything?
No. The iTM app is a free download for iPhone and Android.
